Mouthwatering Mud Cake Recipe

Yesterday we needed "a little" something to celebrate with.
This is a recipe I keep reaching after over and over again... hope you will, too!

Whisk together the eggs and the sugar.

Blend in everything else.

Note: The cardamom is optional, it just brings something extra.
Try chili, white pepper, or smash up a banana into your batter. YUM.

"Butter up" your cake pan if you want to serve your cake from it, otherwise line it with parchment paper so you can lift it up once it has set.

Pour your batter into it.

Bake in a 345 degrees (Fahrenheit) oven (175 Celsius) for 15 min. Then take it out!

(Time might vary depending on your oven, taste the cake and adjust for next time.)

Let it cool, and you can put it in the fridge for a while/hours/a day before enjoying. Or just scoop onto your bowl of ice cream, but it will be VERY muddy when still warm... :)

If you're patient, you can make a

Powdered Sugar Decoration
