Last weekend E was visiting from Finland again (YAY!), and we needed something sweet to finish our Saturday dinner with. The thought of cookies was good, but cookie dough was even better... Thank everything that we didn't have more butter, since this recipe was enough for 16 of those dang things!
(We're trying to get into summer-shape after all...)
How to:
Whisk the butter and the sugar together.
Mix in everything else. I went over it with the hand mixer-thing which chopped up the oatmeal flakes a little.
Chop your chocolate.
Blend in!
Make 16 pops, put in freezer for 10 minutes. Once cool they are a bit easier to roll into round ones. Put back in freezer for 10 minutes.
Melt the rest of your chocolate if you wish to decorate your pops. Dip the sticks in the chocolate, and then put in your pops. Freeze again for 10 minutes-15.
Put the rest of the chocolate into a clean plastic bag, cut a tiny hole at a corner so you can squeeze out chocolate to make decorations. Then put in glasses and in the fridge. Once te chocolate has set you can put them in bags in the freezer for future use or just serve :)
These were really good! ;)
